Goddess Society is the story of Dr. Raul Storey and Katherine Cordero partnering to inspire
women to connect with their inner goddess so that they may step into their authentic beauty and move forward.
The Designer
KATHERINE CORDERO
As a young girl living in Venezuela, Katherine used to play with her mother’s jewelry, reveling in how it made her feel - confident, strong, and beautiful. Even from that early age Katherine was aware of the therapeutic power of jewelry and its ability to heal.
As Katherine grew older she held many jobs in the textile and fashion industry but always came back to designing her own jewelry. It was if jewelry was the only way to express her true self.
Relocating to Miami in the popular Wynwood District Katherine’s designs quickly gained attention and popularity. While Katherine has enjoyed great success, she has always felt that her designs and jewelry could do more...
the oncologist
RAUL STOREY
When Raul Storey was in high school he came home to some terrifying news. His father, who had been his hero, was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
This was the experience that inspired Raul to study medicine with a specialty in oncology. Today Raul leads Florida Cancer Specialists in Vero Beach, FL. As a Hematology Oncology physician, treating patients every day Dr. Storey has seen firsthand how hair loss can negatively impact self-esteem and healing.

They wanted to send the message to women diagnosed with cancer - that you are not your disease. Katherine and Raul have come together to create statement headpieces that create an impact and promote true healing for women who have lost their hair. Katherine brings the fashion and design expertise to the business while Dr. Storey is an expert in oncology treatment.
Their partnership ensures that Goddess Society will create the most fashionable pieces while always staying true to the needs of those women they seek to serve.
